terms and conditions

The Miccant 14-day money back offer
Miccant extends your statutory rights by offering a 14-day money-back guarantee. You may use the software for 14 days from the date that you or another person at your address signs the courier’s delivery sheet to acknowledge receipt of the goods.

Retaining your software
After the 14 day period has passed then the agreement will continue and any and all payments due under the terms of a sales agreement will be processed at the agreed date and time. Please note that if you are paying by credit card these payments will be automatically deducted by our computer system from your card on any date agreed or on shipment of the goods.

Making a Return
Should you decide not to proceed with your purchase you must call Miccant on 0870 141 7053 (+44 870 141 7053 for ROI callers) to obtain a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN) before the end of the 14-day period. When calling please advise that you wish to make a ‘Return’. We will give you a RAN (Returns Authorisation Number) . When returning goods they must be returned to Miccant by recorded or ‘signed for’ delivery at the address below at your expense and they must be in good condition. Failure to adhere to this policy will invalidate the Miccant 14-day money back guarantee (your statutory rights are unaffected). When returning goods we suggest you insure the contents against loss or non-delivery as Miccant will only process returns on safe receipt of goods in good condition.

Return of monies
If you return the goods and/or cancel any sales agreement in accordance with these terms and conditions then we will refund any payments already taken less shipping charges we incurred delivering the goods to you within 30 days of receipt of your cancellation and the returned goods.
